Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for coverage, a vehicle must:

  • Be less than 14 years old at the time of sale
  • Have no more than 140,000 miles on the odometer
  • Pass a 50-point inspection by factory-trained technicians

Warranty Coverage:

Your Royal Shield Used Vehicle Limited Warranty protects essential components of your vehicle, giving you peace of mind for the road ahead.

Engine Coverage Includes:
    Internally lubricated parts, including pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, and timing chain
  • Cylinder block and cylinder heads
  • Turbocharger/Supercharger (factory-installed)
  • Oil pump, water pump, radiator, and thermostat
Transmission & Drivetrain Protection:
  • Transmission case, torque converter, and internal parts
  • Transfer case for AWD and 4x4 vehicles
  • Axle shafts, driveshaft, universal joints, and viscous coupler
Electrical System Coverage:
  • Alternator, ignition coil, starter motor, and voltage regulator
  • In-tank fuel pump
Brake System Protection:
  • Master cylinder, brake calipers, and hydraulic metal lines
Additional Benefits:
  • 24/7 Roadside Assistance – Lockout service, fuel delivery, battery jump-start, and flat tire assistance
  • Towing Assistance – Up to $100 per occurrence
  • Emergency Travel Expense – Up to $1,000 for covered breakdowns within the first 5 days
  • Destination Assistance – Up to $75
  • Rental Vehicle Coverage – Up to $40 per day for 10 days on covered repairs

How to File a Claim:

If you experience a mechanical issue, follow these steps:

  2. Call Royal Shield Roadside Assistance at 1-800-241-3673
  3. Bring your vehicle to a certified service center for inspection and repair approval
Exclusions & Limitations:
  • Coverage applies only to components listed above
  • Regular maintenance and wear items (e.g., brake pads, tires, wiper blades) are not covered
  • Warranty is non-transferable and expires after 6 months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first)
