  1. How do I order a vehicle?
    1. Make an appointment with a knowledgeable specialist. Review options and configure the vehicle to your specifications. Review completed build. Review pricing and available incentives. We submit your order using the name that the vehicle will be registered in, address vehicle will be registered to, valid email address and phone number. Leave a deposit (typically between $500 - $1,000 depending on model) We’ll keep you informed on the status of your order and its arrival.
  2. How long will it take to have my vehicle delivered?
    1. There is no set delivery date. Depending on configuration and availability of parts, vehicle orders can take 16 weeks or longer to arrive.
  3. Is there an extra cost for ordering a vehicle?
    1. No, a custom order is the same cost as if you were to purchase an in-stock vehicle. Sometimes, ordering a vehicle can save you money. We will protect the price agreed upon at the time of your build, even if there are manufacturer increases. (Market adjustments will be added to specialty vehicles like Raptor, Raptor R, Shelby GT500)
  4. Is my ordered vehicle eligible for Ford incentives?
    1. Yes. We can lock-in any available rebates or incentives at the time of your build. 
  5. If I would like to finance my purchase or lease my ordered vehicle, how can I do that?
    1. Once your vehicle arrives, we can work together on a credit application and discuss finance/lease options available. 
  6. Once my vehicle is ordered, how can I track it?
    1. Your order will be submitted with your email address attached. Ford will send you updates as your build progresses. You can also call us anytime.
  7. Can I order a Bronco or Lightning?
    1. At this time, Ford is allowing us to place Bronco and Lightning by reservation only. We do not know if/when Ford will take additional reservations this year.
  8. Should I come to the dealership to place my order?
    1. Yes. An appointment with one of our knowledgeable specialists will ensure your vehicle is configured to your specifications and the packages you select are compatible with our order guidelines.
